1994 - Cecil Romain Fuels in Timmins is acquired and New North Fuels Incorporated is born.

1996 – New North Fuels acquires Laidley Fuels to expand service area to Manitoulin Island - New North Fuels acquires Pat Lizotte Fuels in the Sudbury region.

1997 – New North Fuels acquires Barney Ray Fuels in Sault Ste Marie and Elliott Lake - New North Fuels acquires Maahs Fuels in Massey.

1999 – New North Fuels acquires a Co-Op in Elliott Lake under the name of Peter Cousins Heating.
